By using the VendHunt iOS app or website (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
VendHunt is an independent, fan-made locator for trading-card vending machines. It helps users research machine coverage, find machines, plan routes, and optionally log visits and hauls on their own devices.
VendHunt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any trading-card publisher, game company, or retailer shown in the Services. Retailer and product names appear as factual references. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Machine locations, hours, stock, and availability are provided as is from available sources and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Confirm important stops before traveling. VendHunt is not responsible for closed stores, empty or moved machines, wasted trips, or losses arising from reliance on location information.
Favorites, visit logs, check-offs, badges, and hauls are stored on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details. You are responsible for maintaining device backups and deleting local data as you see fit.
Map tiles, card lookup, analytics, the App Store, and external maps apps are provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use those services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VendHunt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services. The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those terms.
